WHAT TO EXPECT ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED

A premium A4 hardback notebook with a plush soft feel PU cover available in 12 colours. A perfect choice where quality and luxury cues are of utmost importance
Artwork

We can accept .Ai, .PFD, .EPS, .SVG, .PNG, .PSD, .JPEG files. We may need to edit or recreate your design for best results. We will provide a proof for you to approve before we send your order to print. Once the order is approved we cannot change, refund or cancel your order.


If you require additional information on your design such as phone numbers, web addresses or other information please describe clearly how you would like it to look at checkout. Include information like size, position, colour, font etc.


Your delivery date may be jeopodised if your proof is not approved promptly. We reserve the right to charge additional artwork costs if an unreasonable amount of creation or reproofing is required.


We print in full colour CMYK and as such, we cannot exactly match pantone colours, RGB, Hex or any other colour codes.

Payment

We accept major credi cards. Once payment is made we will process your order. Once your design is approved it is not possible to cancel your order.

 

Due to the nature of personalised products we cannot accept returns or refunds once the product is branded unless we are at fault.

 

If you need to pay by transfer please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery

Once your order is produced we'll pack it up safely and send it to your delivery address on a standard next-day service for the date promised. If your address is outside mainland or in the highlands it may take longer.


We will provide you with tracking information upon dispatch.


For orders over 500pcs we may send your delivery on a pallet. If you do not have forklift facilities the pallet will be broken down and carried off. The driver is not obliged to assist with unloading, remove the pallet or packaging, deliver to anywhere other than the ground floor or wait.


We strongly recommend delivering directly to exhibition centres or venues. Please allow sufficient time for courier delays. We cannot be held responsible for the actions of couriers once the order has been dispatched.
