Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order with PromotionalNotebooks.co.uk. By placing an order with PromotionalNotebooks.co.uk, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms.

1. Contract of Sale

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason without liability to you. After submitting an order to us, we will send you an order acknowledgment email with your order number and details of the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is an acknowledgment and is not an acceptance of your order.

2. Pricing and Availability

• All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT.
• Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
• All products are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the products, we will inform you as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the products.

Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard and other methods which may be clearly advertised on the site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the production of your goods.

4. Delivery

• We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the products and your delivery address. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
• If no one is available at your address to take delivery, goods may be left in a safe place, with a neighbour or returned to the depot.

The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.
