We always advise on a promotional product sample before committing to an order to ensure the item
is correct for you. The sample can be posted and will arrive unbranded. If you want to see your logo or
message laid out for a product, we can help with our free artwork-proof service.

Due to custom print, engrave, or embroidery runs, the minimum quantities for each unique promo-
tional item vary greatly. Our product webpage will show the smallest amount available with customisa-

Looking for custom packaging or branded gift boxes? No problem. We can help source custom pack-
ing options to work with your budget.

Our team will advise on the expected despatch date once your order has been confirmed and sent to
print. We only use commercial couriers and other commercial delivery businesses depending on ship-
ping within the UK or International or palletised deliveries. Once your promo goods have been collected
and are out for delivery, you will receive tracking information to follow your order.

Should you need your promotional merchandise to be shipped to a venue outside of the UK, we can
help. So we can ensure you receive accurate shipping costs for your destination.

We will be happy to support on design and visual proof services. You make this request and send your
logo via the product page or drop us an email.

Let us know your event date, and we will advise if we can achieve this. Following your completed
print run, we will provide full courier tracking details to track your goods.

When it comes to brand match, where possible, the product page will advise on available promo item
colour options and trim variations. We can also supply the nearest PMS code and a sample to review.

Working to a budget, no problem. Contact us, and we can work to a product range and quantity or
print spec to fit within your budget and appeal to your audience.

For your first order of certain promotional items with your unique design, a set-up cost may need to
be applied. Following a repeat of the same design, this cost will be deducted from your repeat order.

We only use commercial courier services for our deliveries. Each courier has a contract to fulfil for
secure delivery undamaged and requiring a signature. If you find your delivery has not arrived as
planned or is damaged in transit, don't hesitate to contact us within 24hrs to resolve.

For Cloth Hardcover Notebooks and Softcover Journals, it’s 100. For the Full Print Hardcover Note-
book, it’s 50.

exactly what you need – FREE.

Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products simple
and easy!

Simply reply and attach it to your order confirmation e-mail and we'll take it from there. You can also
e-mail it directly to your Account Executive.

We accept electronic bank transfers, cheques and all major credit cards. If you request credit terms,
we will automatically check with a credit reference agency to see if an account can be opened. Please
allow time for this credit checking process. Your order can't go into production until your account has
been opened. Our terms are net 30 days. We offer credit terms for most government and educational in-
stitutions. International customers please call for available payment options.

We 'authorise' your card once your order is ready to go into production, but we do not collect the
funds until your order

You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been imprinted
with your logo, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason,
please contact your Account Executive (you'll get an e-mail from them shortly after you place your
order!) and they'll be happy to assist you.

Some of the items we offer have 'set-up' charges (screen charges, tape charges, etc.). It is important to
note these are NOT art charges. These are charges to create the screen, tape or other necessary items to
imprint your specific logo. Keep in mind that if you ever place an exact reorder for the same item you do
not have to pay the set up charge again!

No! If you place an exact reorder (same art and item) you aren't charged a set-up charge again.

Yes! Unless it is an exact reorder, you always see an 'e-proof' of your item which must be approved by
you before we proceed!

Most of the time the minimum quantity shown is the required minimum, although we encourage you
to call if your requirements mean you need fewer items. If you need to order more than the quantities
shown please contact us as additional discounts are available. Remember, you can use our patented
'Glide' technology to order 'in-between' quantities – so you can order exactly how many you need and
save money too!

If we use artwork you have supplied to imprint your product, you are warranting that you have unre-
stricted right and authority to use and distribute that artwork.
